Welcome to the new Program on Agricultural Technology Studies PATS website. PATS is an interdiscplinary research and extension unit of the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics and the Department of Community and Environmental Sociology in the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences of the University of Wiconsin-Madison. We are dedicated to providing timely, objective, and accessible assessments of new and emerging agricultural technologies to farmers, agricultural workers, consumers, and decison-makers in the public and private sectors.
