Description: This chart shows the total value of milk sold each year in Wisconsin between 1960 and the present. The two lines represent the actual dollar value of milk sales and the value of sales after adjustments for inflation (the real milk price). Real sales are expressed in 2000 dollars, using the CPI All Items Index as a guide.
