Research Interests:
Barham's research interests include the microeconomics of economic development, technology adoption, agrarian structure, agricultural biotechnology, natural resource industries, conservation, migration, and trade. His PATS work has focused on structural change in the dairy industry (including alternative production systems such as grazing and organic) and farmer adoption of biotechnology.
